MOTHER VACA honours the vacas (cows) that are a familiar sight on the green fields of the Azores archipelago. A donation is made to the Ocean Azores Foundation for every bottle sold, helping to protect the ocean that surrounds the islands our Mother Vacas call home.
This home made limoncello is made by Mrs B here at The Solar Branco Eco Estate on the island of São Miguel. Made with the ends of the lemons grown on the estate that we use in our gin and tonics that would otherwise be discarded. Design drawn by Catarina Limão, a local artistic Mother Vaca.
