The perfect serve
To make the perfect gin and tonic, start with a perfect gin, Rocha Negra.
Put a circular piece of ice into the glass (this will melt at a slower rate than small ice.)
Add the gin (a liberal pour is best), then tonic. You should add between 3 – 4 parts tonic to each 1 part gin.
Add your chosen garnish (we recommend a slice of orange and a small piece of rosemary.)
